Clean Gutter Workmanship Warranty
Clean Gutter LLC provides a 5-year workmanship warranty from the date of installation. This warranty covers defects related to the installation of gutters, gutter guards, and other agreed-upon materials.
Annual Cleaning Requirement
(Unless Clean Gutter–installed gutter guards are present)
To keep the 5-year workmanship warranty active, homeowners must schedule an annual professional gutter cleaning performed exclusively by Clean Gutter LLC.
The only exception:
If Clean Gutter LLC installs a gutter guard system, this annual cleaning requirement is waived.
Scheduling & Documentation
- Homeowners are responsible for scheduling and paying for the annual cleaning.
- Clean Gutter LLC will notify the homeowner 4 weeks before the anniversary of the installation.
- Cleaning must be completed within 1 year of installation, and again each year after.
- A dated receipt or email confirmation will be provided as proof of service.
What Annual Cleaning Includes
- Removal of debris from gutters and downspouts
- Inspection for leaks and visible damage
- Downspout flushing
Temperature Limitation
Services will not be performed when temperatures are below 40°F, which may affect scheduling during winter months.
Warranty Void Conditions
Failure to have Clean Gutter LLC perform the required annual cleaning (when applicable) immediately voids the warranty.
Exclusions, Limitations & Claim Process
Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:
- Harmful chemicals
- Improper use or unintended applications
- Temperatures exceeding 300°F
- Mold or mildew
- Contact with dissimilar metals
- Acts of God (hurricanes, lightning, hail, tornadoes, storms, etc.)
- Vandalism
- Roof-related structural issues
- Physical impact or foreign objects
- Natural wear from weather, acid rain, or environmental conditions
- Products that are painted or altered
- Fire damage
- Surface color changes (chalking, fading, staining)
- Deterioration from pollution
How to File a Warranty Claim
Homeowners must contact Clean Gutter LLC via website or email and provide:
- The original contract
- Photos of the issue
- Confirmation that Cleans Gutter LLC performed the annual cleaning for that year (if required)
- Clean Gutter LLC will also have service records on file.
